George & Company LLC Wins Trademark and Anti-counterfeiting Lawsuit

MINNEAPOLIS, May 24, 2010 — George & Company LLC, maker of the world famous, genuine and original LCR® LEFT CENTER RIGHT™ dice game, has won a trademark infringement suit against a company manufacturing knock-offs of the genuine game. In addition to awarding money damages, the United States District Court also entered a permanent injunction in favor of George & Company and ordered that all of the knock-off games be turned over to George & Company, and prohibited any further counterfeiting of the game. The court further found that George & Company's trademarks were infringed and owned exclusively by George & Company, a four-generation family owned company.

As a result of decades of hard work and dedication, George & Company's LCR® LEFT CENTER RIGHT™ dice game has been consistently recognized as one of the "Top 10 Most Wanted Games." The original and genuine game is easily recognizable in its red, white, and blue packing with the familiar LCR® logo and registration symbol as follows:

          

The judgment in favor of George & Company once again confirms that the sole source for genuine LCR® LEFT CENTER RIGHT™ products is George & Company alone, and that companies seeking to deal in knock-offs of the product do so at their significant peril.
