Object of Game:
To accumulate the most State points at game's end.

Play:
Before rolling the four dice, each player declares which state he or she is playing for on that roll. Using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as the player wishes, the player must achieve the Ranking Number of the State selected to earn a point. (Example: The player's declared state is Florida, the 27th state to join the Union. The player rolls all four dice with the following results; 2, 5, 5, 6. A winning solution could be 5 x 6 = 30 - 5 = 25 + 2 = 27 for the 27th state Florida). The United States side is "wild" and can be used to represent any number from 1 through 6. Players earn one State point for each State Number attained. The player with the most State points is the winner.
